Adwait holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from University of Pune and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. He has also successfully cleared Foundation and Executive Programme of CS (Company Secretaries), offered by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is receipant of fellowships by “Samajik Kritadnyata Nidhi” (SKN), Pune and ‘Janarth’, Aurangabad. Currently he is a fellow of "Wipro Seeding Program". As a Executive Director Adwait looks after strategy, fundraising, stakeholder management. He is an excellent orator and likes to sing and watch movies.
Pranali Sisodiya holds M.Sc. (Anthropology) from University of Pune and B.Sc (Biotechnology) from North Maharashtra University. After working for 3 years with SEARCH, Gadhchiroli & MKCL Knowledge, Pune; Pranali re-joined Vardhishnu as a Director from January 2019. She is mainly looking after on-ground implementation of Anandghar initiative. Her role comprises of curriculum and content development, monitoring and evaluation of Anandghar initiative. Currently she is a fellow of 'Wirpo Seeding Program'. She loves to spend quality time with children.
Sunil Chavan holds an M.Sc. in Statistics and an MBA in Marketing. After working in IT for 17 years, he started his own company in 1996 and then sold it in 2012 to shift to the social sector. Currently he is working as a part of NIRMAN executive team and as Head of Operations at Dr. ML Dhawale Trust in Palghar. As a keen businessman and entrepreneur himself, armed with his knowledge of finance and economics, he offers strategic and financial advice to the NIRMAN team as well as to the participants of NIRMAN.
Bhrigu believes in creating cause-based strategic alliances. As the founder of Educators Lab He advises and mentors numerous non-profits, social ventures, and high impact social enterprises in South Asia. Bhrigu is part of a US-based Ivy League research that is designing health and education related poverty alleviation solutions and is a UN representative at the Economic and Social Council at United Nations headquarters in New York. Bhrigu lives with his wife in New York State, USA.

Architect by education, Ms. Shubhada dedicated her life to provide quality education to the underprivileged children in Pune. She is working with Khelghar, an initiative of Palakneeti Pariwar since last more than 25 years now. She happily accepted our request to be on advisory committee of Vardhishnu. Her expertise and experience in the education domain is helping us a lot in designing curriculum and creating content for our children.
Anita started her job in Vardhishnu as an Educator and gradually took responsibility of the Program Manager. She has Masters Degree in Socioloy from North Maharashtra University. Her role at Vardhishnu comprises of planning, executing and monitoring the work progress. Anita has a keen interest in reading and writing.
Bhavana did her D.Ed. from District Institute for Education and Training. As a coordinator Bhavana is mainly responsible to co-ordinate between other educators, volunteers and schools for smooth functioning of Anandghar. She is a creative person who likes to learn origami, handicrafts.
Mangala is a keen learner who likes to question things rather believing blindly. As a Educator she teaches at Samata Nagar, Anandghar. Mangala can spend hours to solve math riddles.
Vijaya works at Samata Nagar, Anandghar where she teaches young children. Vijaya likes to cook.
Ravina holds a Masters Degree in Sociology. She works alongside Bhavana & Chetan at Tambapura.
Abhishek worked with us as a volunteer for one year before joining as a Fellow - Educator. He hold a Bachelors Degree in Science and currently planning to pursue Masters in Education from Azim Premji University. He has a keen interest in Mathematics and curretly teaching the 9th & 10th graders at Vardhishnu. Very shy by nature, he holds strong moral and ethical values. He is a poet and a blogger.
One of the recent joinee; Chetan holds a Masters Degree in Social Work and has an extensive experince of working in development sector. He teaches kids from Tambapura, Anandghar. He likes to read books about philosophy.
