Our program team will visit your work twice during incubation year to give you hands-on support on program implementation.
Theme based webinars designed considering emmergent need of the cohort members. The webinars are conducted by senior members from different social organisations.
You will meet like-minded people. Get access to a larger eco-system and partner organisations. Post successful completion of the incubation year you will become part our alumn network comprising of organisations across the state.
Monthly support call with our team members will give a personalised support to stengthen your program and building a sustainable movement.
We start our application process in the month of March. Interested people can apply online through application form. The application form is an opportunity for us to get to know you. Through the application, we will understand your inspiration, why you want to join and why you would be a strong fit for the program.
Here we will ask some follow-ups questions based on the information provided in the application form to gain further information about your inititiative. This will helpful in our evaluation.
Here you will attain a day long workshop and where you will take part in group discussions and also complete a short problem solving activity. You will also have a hour-long personal interview with one of our team members

"No Fees or anything will be charge from the participants". We'll be taking care of all the expenses during the course of entire incubation program. The only time the participants need to manage their expences is when they come and return for the residential workshops.
Community Collectives Program is restricted only to the organisaitons working in the Education field with children from vulnerable backgrounds
No, we are preferably looking for organisations from Maharashtra, Madhya-Pradesh, Gujrath, Chattisgarh & Karnataka
Unfornutely at this moment we are not able to provide any financial assistence to the shortlisted candidates, but we do refer organisations to the interested funding agencies and donors. We also arrange pitch events to meet and interact with the donors.
YES, 100% attendance to all the residential workshops are MANDATORY. We do make exceptions in case of some serious reasons; otherwise the selected candidates have to attend all the workshops.
NO, only the person who has gone through all the selection process is eligible to attend the workshop. You cannot replace anyone during incubation year
Anandghar Community Collectives PProgram has got two objectives to serve:
- To be a support system for those early-stage initiatives/organizations (preferably from tier 2 and/or tier 3 cities), who are working with children from economically disadvantageous backgrounds and with no or little exposur of the domain.
- To create an ecosystem of support for the children (all over Maharashtra and India as well) coming from economically disadvantageous background.
What you will be getting:

Vulnerability:Children deprived of a happy, safe, and secure childhood, very likely to drop-out from education, fall into the trap of vicious circles around them, and to engage in harmful practices.
Economically disadvantageous backgrounds:Children bearing the responsibility of earning 'roti' and 'kapda' (bread & butter) for the family.

2. You should be able to register your entity during the course of the incubation program, preferably before coming for the 2nd workshop.
