Pranali Sisodiya holds M.Sc. (Anthropology) from University of Pune and B.Sc (Biotechnology) from North Maharashtra University.Her area of study for dissertation paper while pursuing Masters was on ‘Cultural Transformation among Hardasi’. Hardasi is the sect which follows traditional sex working since British era. Pranali has also worked as Executive Team Member of Kumar Nirman, a joint initiative of NIRMAN, Gadhchiroli and MKCL Knowledge Foundation, Pune under the guidance and mentorship of Dr. Abhay Bang and Mr. Vivek Savant. The aim of this programme is to sensitize school children towards society.

Anita started her job in Vardhishnu as an Educator. But later took the responsibility of Project Coordinator. She is mainly involve in coordinating with volunteers and other educator for the smooth functioning of community learning centers 'Anandghar'. Anita did her B.A. in Sociology from North Maharashtra University. Later she joined District Institute for Education and Training for D.Ed. Anita has a keen interest in reading and writing.
