Vardhishnu was started by a young couple Adwait & Pranali along with their friends in 2013. Both Adwait & Pranali wanted to use their knowledge & skills to solve some of the pressing issues of the humanity. Soon their life took an unprecendent turn when they conducted a 'Socio-Economic Analysis of Waste Pickers working in Jalgaon City'. They interacted with more than 400 waste pickers during this period.
