Jidnyasa is an NGO founded in 2014 with the purpose of ''To Promote Safe and Healthy Childhood (Development) through comprehensive family and community initiatives''. They have been working for disadvantaged populations in the rural areas of the Kolhapur district.
In India, seasonal migration comprises a chunk of the population moving from rural to urban and rural to rural areas for a duration of a minimum of four months annually. Children migrated with their parents faces numerous issues from getting drop out of the schools to living in an unsafe environment.
Jidnyasa are to provide early childhood education programmes by establishing a learning centre, Baal bhavan, a Mobile van, and nutritional support. They also expect involve paretns in the wellbeing of the children through their programs.
After closing down his business in 2016 and 3 years of exploration, learning and un learning outside the mainstream system, Satyam registered Chaitanya Kul, a not-for-profit organization to take his work forward on fundamentals of human development & learning. Now he works for Safe, Joyful childhood & Bright future of those children.
He enables a learning environment that inculcates and encourages peacefulness (harmony with self and world) and usefulness (employable and contributor) in our children.
They are doing research to develop learning models and pedagogies for children under 15 years. That can be implemented in primary schools and learning spaces. Simultaneously will open one new learning space every year in rural setup.

During college life exposure visit at kolam Podas (Tribal belt) defines the work and vision of organisation. Kumari Mata’ (Unmarried mothers) was one of the heartening issues there.
There is need to be work in Kolam podas on Education, Health awareness, good touch bad touch with children’s They start working in villages (Kolam Podas) in ghatanji block by awareness about child marriage, establishing learning center in 4 villages.
By giving quality education and awareness they can definitely foster change in children and community of kolam podas in Ghatanji block.

The organisation works on social, educational, economic & health issues of the rural, poor income people, the goal of the organization is to bring benefits to all the elements through various means, bringing them into the mainstream, raising their standard of living by keeping in mind the social commitment.
